What is it all about?
Elixir coaching - partnering with you on your Health and Wellbeing journey. Session 1: 75 minutes - Review and reflect on your health and wellbeing current state and change journey so far. Refresh your motivation and goals. 9 - Follow up coaching sessions: - 5 sessions @ 60 min = 5 hours - 4 sessions @ 30 min = 2 hours Total of 8h15 hours via video conference Total of 10 video coaching sessions Typically delivered over a 3 month period Also included: A personalised coaching plan sent to you within 12 hours of the session, for every session Ask questions about your plan, if you need clarification via WhatsApp, during business hours. Easy recipes to support your healthy eating Templates to track your progress £900 for all of this - the one-2-one video coaching calls (10 calls totalling 8.5 hours of coaching, coaching plans, WhatsApp support, recipes and templates. You will need to have completed Elixir Energy Phase 1, before Phase 2. This is because Phase 1 includes an in-depth Holistic Health Assessment as part of the process. Phase 2 is for those who wish to carry on with personalised advice and support. Do you want to reclaim your zest for life? Shift your mindset, realign your relationships, nourish your body and gut with healthy food, manage your hormones, optimise your sleep and prioritise gentle movement. I are here to empower you to change your health, your mindset and your life. Providing online health coaching with one-2-one, online sessions. I will be the catalyst for your health journey and empower you to bring sustainable change to your life. Cancellation Policy
If your circumstances change and you need to cancel and rebook - please ensure you do this at your earliest convenience. While Elixir Coaching will do all we can to accommodate our clients, Online coaching sessions may be chargeable if not cancelled 24 hours in advance / will be deducted from your package. We would always hope to assist you and find another suitable time, but if you do not cancel and / or reschedule, 24 hours in advance of this session that will mean that other clients do not have the opportunity to book that time slot. Please discuss any extenuating circumstances with us so we can do our best to help you. Please set up a login on the Elixir website, from this you can cancel and rebook session online.
