February 2025 - current: Elixir coaching, health and wellbeing coach. Launched Elixir website providing online training and digital materials and the Elixir Energy Programme

Career break following the birth of my daughter, I took time out while she was at Primary school.
Volunteered for four years as a school governor for my child’s primary school, proving strategic direction and working directly with the Head teacher on several projects
Volunteered for two and half years at a parent helper at my child’s primary school, supporting reading

August 2010 – February 2013: HR Transformation Management Consultant, Deloitte LLP. Manager in Deloitte's Consulting business, People and Change. Provided custom solutions to address individual HR transformation needs. Redesigned processes, Service Delivery models and HR operating models to enhance efficiency, improve accuracy and drive employee engagement. Involved in technology solutions to bring about organisational change and the change management to ensure the new ways of working were embedded and accepted.
June 2008 – June 2010: Subject Matter Expert, Employee Services, Accenture. Collaborated and led a variety of projects, change controls and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a wider HRT programme. Managed the on-shore and off team relationships in an outsourced setting. Ensured service continuity during and after project implementation through rigourous change management, stakeholder engagement and the fostering of strong working relationships in complex environments.
September 2006 – May 2008: Project Manager, Hewitt, Bacon and Woodrow. Project Manager providing outsourced HR services and project implementation.
March 2003 – August 2006: Senior HR Project Consultant, British Sky Broadcasting. Managed HR technology and process design projects and Occupational Health projects; from requirements to design to implementation and change management.
July 2002 - February 2003: HR Analyst, British Sky Broadcasting. Led HR reward based projects, headcount and budget management, benchmarking, executive reporting.
August 2000 - June 2002: HR Consultant, British Interactive Broadcasting. Management the design and implementation of employee and manager self service technology. Led employee inductions, provided general HR support. Managed a redundancy and relocation programme.
June 1999 - July 2000: Administrator, Harrods, Human Resources Directorate. Administration role in H.R. and Recruitment. Implemented changed for Disability awareness.
