I worked for over a decade in corporate change before ​I retrained and qualified as a Health Coach in 2023.

My Health Coaching Diploma from CNM is recognised by the NHS.

My university degrees are Psychology and Industrial Psychology.

Once you have purchased your first coaching package you will need to compete the holistic health questionnaire prior to you two hour deep dive into all aspects of your health.
