What is it all about?
Elixir coaching - partnering with you on your Health and Wellbeing journey. Session 1: Coaching overview: 15 min Session 2: 120 minutes - holistic health assessment Sessions 3 - 39 - Follow on coaching sessions - 22 sessions @ 60 min = 22 hours - 16 sessions @ 30 min = 8 hours - 1 final session @ 120 min = 2 hours A total of 34 hours of online coaching Start with your in-depth Holistic Health Review - 2 hours Then 34 hours of coaching across 12 months. This will be available as a mix of 1 hour sessions and 30 minute sessions, divided up in the way that suits you. Some months you will have 2 hours of coaching, some 2.5 hours and some 3 hours. This will flex according to your needs and schedule. One-2-one Coaching sessions delivered on-line via video conference. Also included: A personalised coaching plan sent to you within 12 hours of the session, for every session Ask questions about your plan, if you need clarification via WhatsApp, during business hours. Easy recipes to support your healthy eating Templates you can use to track your progress and support your implementation of the changes that work for you. Do you want to reclaim your zest for life? Cancellation Policy
If your circumstances change and you need to cancel and rebook - please ensure you do this at your earliest convenience. While Elixir Coaching will do all we can to accommodate our clients, Online coaching sessions may be chargeable if not cancelled 24 hours in advance / will be deducted from your package. We would always hope to assist you and find another suitable time, but if you do not cancel and / or reschedule, 24 hours in advance of this session that will mean that other clients do not have the opportunity to book that time slot. Please discuss any extenuating circumstances with us so we can do our best to help you. Please set up a login on the Elixir website, from this you can cancel and rebook session online.
